1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time
- Order Preparation: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EAT) will be processed on the next business day.
Geographic Coverage
We deliver to all locations within Kenya.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
Product Condition
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
Change of Mind
- If you change your mind, you may return the item within 7 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item at our Nairobi office, we will approve your refund.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method (M-Pesa or Bank Transfer) within 3–5 business days.

3. Payment Policy
We accept M-Pesa, Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery. To ensure a smooth transaction, please note when payment is required:
- M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa): Payment is due in full at the time of checkout on our website.
- Bank Transfer: Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment is confirmed in our account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available exclusively for deliveries within Nairobi and its environs. All upcountry orders require full pre-payment via M-Pesa or Bank Transfer before dispatch
