• Operating Days: Monday to Saturday (Excluding Public Holidays)

3. Order Verification Process

To ensure accuracy, all orders undergo a quick verification:

1. Placement: You place your order on our website.

3. Dispatch: Orders are only dispatched after this verbal or written confirmation.

4. Delivery Methods

• Doorstep Delivery: Available for homes and offices in Nairobi and major urban centers.
• Courier Partners: For long-distance orders, we use trusted partners such as G4S, Wells Fargo, and established shuttle services.
• In-Store Collection: You can pick up your items directly from our shop: Magomano House, 1st Floor, Room 10D, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi.

5. Tracking & Delivery Inspection

Once your order is dispatched via courier, we will provide you with a tracking number or the courier’s contact details.

• Inspection: Please inspect your package upon receipt.
• Damages: If an item is damaged or incorrect, it must be reported within 48 hours for a swift replacement.
