For bulk orders or industrial equipment purchases, we accept direct bank transfers.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
To build further trust with our customers, we offer Cash on Delivery under the following conditions:
- Nairobi & Environs: Available for most items.
- Upcountry: Due to courier logistics, a commitment deposit or full payment via M-Pesa may be required before dispatch via G4S, Wells Fargo, or shuttle services.

- No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price. We do not charge additional “transaction fees” for M-Pesa or Card payments.
