At Power Tools Plug, we strive to get your equipment to you as quickly and safely as possible. We offer reliable delivery services across Kenya with the following rates:

• Within Nairobi CBD: We offer FREE delivery for all orders within the Central Business District.

• Outside Nairobi CBD: Delivery to areas outside the CBD attracts a small, competitive fee based on the specific distance from our shop.

• Across the Country (Upcountry): We ship to all major towns and remote locations across Kenya. While the specific rate may vary slightly depending on your exact location, 

Delivery Timelines:

• Nairobi & Environs: Same-day or next-day delivery.

• Upcountry: Typically arrives within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

How it Works: Once you place your order, our team will contact you to confirm the delivery location and the final shipping cost (if applicable). We also offer Payment on Delivery for many of our items to give you peace of mind.
